ABOUT ME
Connecting Cultures, Creating Opportunities
As a specialist holding a Master's degree (Summa Cum Laude) in International Trade Management, I bring extensive background in global commerce, diplomatic relations, and high-level negotiation. My professional journey spans key international markets, from major global economies like China and the United States to emerging and intricate financial environments such as South Africa and the Democratic Republic of Congo. Across these regions, my work has centered on the strategic sourcing and negotiation of diverse goods, consistently driving operational efficiency and profitability by securing optimal pricing structures and payment terms.
Complementing my trade expertise, I am an experienced entrepreneur in the education and sports sectors. I head a language institution with a 31-year track record in the Canary Islands, operating under the prestigious University of Salamanca brand to serve both local residents and foreign clients. We are actively expanding into specialized niches—including language, sports, and leisure tourism in the Canary Islands, alongside student housing projects across the Canary Islands and West Africa. Furthermore, we are establishing an operational presence in Ivory Coast and Senegal to broaden our educational offerings in Africa, marking a strategic milestone in our international growth.
Alongside these ventures, I have built specialized expertise in developing restaurant brands from inception to expansion. My capabilities cover complete business concept design, brand identity, recipe innovation, securing premier Spanish suppliers, and managing multi-jurisdictional brand registration. My goal is to partner with an established restaurant chain operator to scale our brand domestically and globally. This strategic alliance will showcase premium Spanish gourmet products—highlighting top-tier extra virgin olive oils and authentic Iberian acorn-fed hams as flagship ambassadors of Spanish culinary heritage.
